sold BP and other oils, the pop fizzled, but I'll be watching for more black bag dirty tricks to go along with...
This is a good example in the value of setting alerts, i set one at $30.07 or just about where the previous bigger green candle went to and another one low at $29.71 so whichever way it goes I know before new highs or lows occur. That gets me a jump ahead if the momo starts again.

BP in

BP out

Great trade Scott. Do use a particular software for alerts? Or is it built into your platform?

Thanks for posting these Scott - when we trade the same stocks I like to compare my reaction to what I am seeing with yours. I am such a noob...

What criteria do you use to pick stocks to set alerts on? Are you setting them on recent movers? Favorites? A lot more than we see here?

Thanks man - this stuff is invaluable.

dtf-i use alerts all the time on stocks that are movers or on my watchlist.breaking high or low levels that previously hadn't been breached but before new daily highs/lows are give me an advantage over waiting sometimes. it all goes toward getting into the flow
