1. Last week, four times I sensed my friend was going to call me and within 10 seconds he did. There was not a prearranged or regular time about his calls, simply random.
2. On the weekend, my wife lost her wedding ring. We looked everywhere and could not find it. Later in the backyard, I must have sort of stepped on a bumblebee and it stung me in the foot. OW, I hopped around then sat down on the garden wall to take a look my foot. It was there I spied the missing ring, half buried. My little daughter had a yellow dress and fairy wings on and was pretending to be a bee 1 minute before this happened.
3. A week ago I was looking at some long lost photos of way back in 1980 when I used to race motocross and had a good laugh over how my best friend and I looked and wild times we had. I haven't seen him or those photos in 25 years. I was in a restaurant later that night and saw on the menu, special "prairie oysters"- bull balls. I recalled then a "contest" that my friend lost and as the loser, the penalty was to have to eat bull balls. When I got home that night I had an email to tell me he had just died.
Strange seemingly unrelated events but then again not at all strange. Like a 6th sense.
I have come to believe in trading when you immerse yourself in the flow of the markets and a stock in particular you can tap into a stream of consciousness that the winning side is on. Many times I am struck by a thought to get in or out of a trade, now. Maybe there isn't a signal or maybe there is but I don't consciously recognize it as such. The eye sees, the mind processes, action is taken.
I envision positive thoughts like a wisp of smoke on a dead calm day that slowly rises then dissipates in all directions. You can tap into this community stream of thoughts the world over by participating yourself. You become one of the group. You attract what you desire by the positive thoughts you generate. Your mind somehow makes it happen.
Did you ever wonder why when you trade not to lose, you end up losing anyway. Instead of trading to win, projecting those positive thoughts and picking winning trades, you beam out the negative thoughts and select the trades that didn't work. The same concept of syncronicity is at work here.
You can't see or touch it, but it is out there nonetheless and it is a powerful force. You can harness it to give you what you want out of life. Think about what you want, not what you don't want.
