I keep my losing trades small and just because I don't post many doesn't mean I don't have them. I have plenty every day. They are always kept small and unremarkable because that is what my system forces upon me. Here are two to look at.
SVNT entry
SVNT goes past previous candle low and stops me out
VRA entry
VRA quick snap back stopped me out

thank you for posting these. this may sound nuts, but i like seeing some losers as well. it gives me a chance to try to see why it didn't work out. it also shows that even great traders have losers everyday. do you have some small thought of regret when you get stopped out, some negative feeling, or you have worked past that after all these years? it would annoy me that it was a great setup and yet it fails. i know i need to move beyond that. the answer to that riddle is trying my hardest to think in probabilities. i know i will have winners and losers each day, but i don't know the order they will come in.
J-i dont have regret or negative thoughts because they are just viewed as one of many trades and no one trade is of significance.I can call these losing trades from a money standpoint and I can also call them winning trades insomuch as i followed my plan and let my system tell me the trade did not move as probabilities suggested it would and thus stopped it out quickly. it is all how you view things and how your attitude lets you process it.the more work you do on self mastery, looking inward, the faster you will be successful at this.
Definitely nice to see that I am not the only one who buys the high only to see it be the high for the day. Thx Scott.
